Eligibility criteria

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks for all subjects taken together (45% for SC/ST candidates).

Candidates who are appearing for their final year examination and are awaiting their results may also apply. However, they should have maintained an average of 50% marks in the degree course until then.

Candidates should be competing all their degree examinations before 25th June 2022. At the time of application candidates are required to produce proof of passing the Degree examination with the minimum required of 50%.

Valid score of PGDM PGCET / CAT / MAT / ATMA or any state approved admission test.

Professionals with 1-3 years of work experience are encouraged to apply, as this course will put them to higher pedestals in the industry.

Applicants who have un-cleared backlog papers in graduation are not eligible to apply.

Strategic Sourcing Manager

As a strategic sourcing manager, you will be responsible for the selection, evaluation and management of vendor partnerships that will be used along with the analysis of the data, solving problems and achieving the business goals. The responsibility will also focus on using the strategic principles of sourcing in the procurement process.

Operations Excellence Manager:

With a perfect combination of leadership, communication and coaching, an operational excellence manager is responsible for efficient and effective operations of the organisation. An operations excellence manager has 3 major components to drive in an organisation: creative a holistic environment, a collaborative workforce and committed leadership.

Supply Chain Performance:

Supply Chain Performance is the supply chain activities which includes product availability, on-time delivery, inventory count, inventory availability hence ensuring the end-to-end customer requirements.

Business Operations Manager:

Being a business operations manager, you are responsible for managing all the business related operations and setting up the goals for across the organisation. From hiring a new employee to managing finances to taking care of general business operation and providing the guidance to work teams for different projects, you will be taking care of all these responsibilities for the smooth running of the business operations.
