B.Com Computers is an innovative and judicious mix of commerce with computer applications which will enhance career opportunities in commerce discipline.

B.Com (Computer Applications) or Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Applications is an Under-Graduate Program in commerce discipline. Computer Applications are application software that is designed to help the user to perform specific tasks relevant to commerce and business. The B.Com Computer Applications is a degree that equips students with knowledge in both commerce as well as in computers. It’s an under-graduation degree that will give you knowledge of the fundamentals of commerce along with an in-depth understanding of computer applications.

The Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Applications is a three year Program with six semesters. After completing the Bachelor of Commerce degree course candidates can find many career opportunities in different fields and its duration is three years.

  • A bachelor’s degree in commerce with computer applications has been designed to provide excellent employment opportunities to students. At the same time students can pursue several post graduate and professional programs such as M. Com and MBA.
  • B. Com (Computers) graduate also has opportunities to apply for professional courses in commerce and accountancy such as CA, CS, ICWA, CIMA, CFA and CMA etc.

The B.Com. Computers degree program is structured on the Credit Based Semester Scheme in conformity with the UGC guidelines.
The curriculum is prepared keeping in view that the student who is studying this B.Com. degree program shall be able to complete the Course with an in-depth knowledge and hands-on practical experience in computer applications
The curriculum is practical oriented taking into consideration the industry requirements.
The curriculum is designed such that the student shall become a highly competent in commerce field with computer applications expertise.
The students are required to take part in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities and their participation is compulsory.
50% weightage of marks on continuous evaluation and 50% weightage on semester end exams
